Student access to W.I.N.G.S. is gained by  becoming part of one of the  two BISS’s service population, allowing for  individual service plans, IEP  needs and goals, and the necessary team  collaboration with the  students’ respective teachers, families, and  paraprofessioinals.  W.I.N.G.S. is available entire days as requested  by the IEP team:   Monday through Sunday.

The varied setting and community  incorporation increases the  general community members awareness of special  needs  population—increasing understanding and decreasing the negative stigma   often unduly associated with the developmentally disabled individuals. 

 Serving young  people with Autism and other developmental disabilities  on the Windward side  (and Waipahu side) of Oahu with a focus on  functional activities to help gain  communication and social skills and  further our goal to transition these young  men and women into adult  work spaces where they can continue to thrive, and  live active,  engaged, fulfilling lives.
